Activesync Irritation

I am trying to set up the ActiveSync to my Samsung i-760 Smartphone, which I love. It is very useful for work and play. BUT, I am having the hardest time with setting up the ActiveSync to my work computer. IT came up and set it up, and it worked one time, and that was 2 weeks ago and nothing since! I have been "googling" everything, and the consensus is ActiveSync is annoying! So, I am going to keep trying, otherwise I will have to find a new way to keep my calendar! So, if I forget something or don't show up somewhere in the near future, please blame my phone and computer, because they aren't getting along and confusing me!
